More about the procedure

Answers to the most important questions and information about the procedures.

What is vacuum massage?

This is an effective apparatus procedure, during which a vacuum traction effect is created with adjustable negative pressure on the skin. It stimulates the outflow of lymph, improves microcirculation and activates subcutaneous processes that contribute to the removal of fluid and improve skin tone.

What are the main benefits of vacuum massage?

• Improves lymph flow and reduces swelling
• Promotes the elimination of toxins from tissues
• Reduces cellulite manifestations and skin irregularities
• Improves skin elasticity and firmness
• Relieves heaviness and muscle tension
• Activates metabolism and promotes body contouring

What is fascial plasty?

Fascial plasty according to the method of Irene Teraud

It is a manual therapeutic method that works with fasciae - connective tissue that covers muscles, internal organs and, in general, forms the support system of the body. Unlike classical massage, fascial plasty acts on the deepest tissues to restore their elasticity, mobility and structure.

The author of the method - Irena Teraude - has developed a holistic approach that combines a scientific understanding of anatomy with aesthetic modeling and restoration of functional balance.

Who is fascial plasty suitable for and what is its Recommended course?
For whom is suitable:

For all those who want not only an aesthetic improvement, but also a deep physiological balance. Especially recommended for sedentary workers, after injuries or operations, as well as for people with restrictions on posture and movement.

Recommended course:

The frequency of performing fascial plasty depends on the individual characteristics of the client, but in general, an initial course of 10-12 sessions at intervals of 10—14 days is recommended, after which the procedure can be repeated once every 1.5—2 months to maintain the results.

How does vacuum massage work?

During the procedure, the specialist moves the vacuum nozzle over the problem areas - hips, abdomen, buttocks, arms or legs. The pressure and pace are individually adjusted, ensuring a maximum comfortable experience and an effective result.

Who is vacuum massage suitable for and what is the recommended course?
For whom is suitable:

People with a tendency to water retention, cellulite, sedentary work, stress-induced muscle tension or aesthetic body shape correction needs. The procedure is suitable for both women and men.

Recommended course:

To achieve a visible and lasting result, a course of 6—10 procedures is recommended, 1-2 times a week.

How is the fascial plastic procedure performed and what are its benefits?

Therapy is carried out by special manual techniques, adapted to a specific state of muscles and fascia. The movements are purposeful, deep and precise, but never aggressive - the client feels pressure, but not pain.

Benefits:

• Relieves muscle tension and improves range of motion
• Corrects body posture and proportions
• Improves tissue elasticity and microcirculation
• Promotes well-being, relieves chronic pain and fatigue
• Provides a visual effect — improves body contours and skin quality

What are the contraindications?

Pregnancy (for the treatment of the abdomen and lumbar region)

Varicose veins and thrombophlebitis in the treatment area

Skin infections or inflammations

Oncological diseases

Cardiovascular diseases in severe form
